Bertha has over 7 years professional experience in managing financial procedures to both international and national standards. Her role at Cheka Sana Tanzania requires both the ability, and the flexibility, to create, implement and iteratively improve financial programmes and processes in accordance with national standards and the requirements of our donors, partners and contractors.

Honesty, transparency and modesty are all characteristics Bertha brings to her work. She is enthusiastic about achieving both her own job targets and contributing to meeting broader organisational goals.  Reliable and competent, she enjoys analysing problems and, where appropriate, suggesting suitable alternative solutions. Bertha has been managing finances at Cheka Sana Tanzania since 2013.
